Everything’s Fine is an hand-painted artwork, which depicts a tattooed dolphin with the much discussed lettering tattoo “ONLY GOD CAN JUDGE ME”, which has become a cringe trend. (especially when it’s poorly done).
People feel it has been overdone - despite some mocking though, for some it still holds a deeper meaning, just like this doplphin.

It’s not denial exactly; more like gallows humor in a collapsing circus.
